ABSTRACT
Best laser performance is strictly dependent upon optimal environment conditions of the laser room.1 While instructions of the laser manufacturers should always be considered, ideally the laser room environment must meet the following conditions:
• Temperature should be maintained between 18° and 24°C (60°–70°F). Any increase in room temperature beyond the permitted range may cause an excessive stromal dehydration that may result in overcorrection.
