ABSTRACT

In summary, we raise several questions. In terms of our main interest, which was working with families in extreme distress, could, and should, poor and distressed families be helped? How should they be helped? What have we done so far? Have we helped to relieve FED of their distress? Finally, where do we go from here? Can we suggest some strategic views? What do we suggest for FED in the future? What can be done to prevent families from becoming distressed? We shall attempt to address these questions in this final chapter.
