ABSTRACT
Understanding Evaluation-to-Outcome Connections Evaluation-to-outcome connections are the perceived relationships between the levels of the evaluation and the level of the outcomes received. They define the reward system-how evaluators convert evaluations into outcomes. They also define expected outcomes (rewards and punishments) and the degree to which they are tied to evaluations (both formal and informal).
