Th is book, and especially the fi ve chapters in this section, signals a growing interest in the study of positive organizational identities. Th e preceding chapters build a solid theoretical foundation, demonstrating that a focus on the positive can cultivate the kinds of collective identities that mobilize collective action toward valued outcomes for organizations and communities.
