ABSTRACT
We started this book by arguing that business coaching was in need of increased objectivity and in Chapter 7 we presented strong evidence of increased professionalism from all involved. Where does this take us next? In this final chapter we review what we have learnt and make predictions regarding the nature of the business coaching relationship and its content.
