ABSTRACT
FLUENT, a complex, conversational intelligent CALL (ICALL) system, presents many design options for tutorial strategies. The introductory overview in this section, besides serving as an orientation to the system, points out the various access points for the tutorial decision-making that is the focus of this chapter.
