ABSTRACT
In the preceding chapter, many ADD-friendly organizing strategiesare introduced. But without structure and support, those strategies are less likely to be successful. With structure and support, you create the underlying framework for organizing success, a framework that will help you implement ADD-friendly strategies in a consistent and persistent manner. Think of these three “S’s”—structure, support, and strategies-as a pyramid, with structure and support at the base.
