ABSTRACT
The questionnaires provided the opportunity for participants to make additional comments that would be useful for putting in this publication. A lot of people wrote supportive comments, encouraging me with this idea. I found this extremely motivating. Many assistant psychologists and trainee clinical psychologists complained that nothing like this had been available to them and it would have been very useful. There were a few key points that arose from this final section of the questionnaire in terms of general advice.
