ABSTRACT
The fourth and final weekend of the semester-long PAIRS course is called “Contracting: Clarification of Expectations.” This weekend serves as the culmination of all of the material covered and the skills learned throughout the course. Although the weekend introduces some new exercises, the main thrust is to summarize what the participants have already learned and practiced in previous classes and help them integrate their new attitudes, behaviors, and emotional development. This chapter highlights the process of this last workshop in the PAIRS course.
