ABSTRACT
Elementary school counseling programs require care and attention to be progressive and proactive, and to display a sense of vitality through purposeful activity that is responsive to the ever-changing needs of children, school districts, and communities. There is an emerging spirit and a sense of enthusiasm that surrounds programs that are fueled by creativity and imagination.
