Resume: This looks good. Under "Employment, Phase 1," emphasize brochures and radio commercials rather than receptionist. Under "President's Office," emphasize things like confidential correspondence. How about calling the section "Communication Skills"? How basic is your sign language and Spanish? "Basic" doesn't sound too impressive. W'hile you don't want to overstate your qualifications, don't minimize them either. If you just say "Sign language and Spanish," you can explain later (if needed) your limitations.
