Chapter 8: Broadcast Media OJ.apter 8 deals with the peculiarities of presenting organizational news through releases to broadcast media. It deals first with approaches to writing that lean toward conversational and less formal styles. Exercises 8.1 and 8.2 provide practice in writing broadcast leads.
