ABSTRACT
This does not always mean that you need to go out of your way to slap a Data Protection statement on every form and document. In many cases it will be entirely obvious who is collecting or using data and what for. If the main users of your information service are internal, then any information you hold about them is likely to be ancillary to that held by the organisation as a matter of course on all its employees. You would rarely need to explain anything further.
