ABSTRACT
The development of most web sites is a strange journey-there is usually a fairly definite starting point, and there are certainly planned destinations, unplanned diversions, unexpected delays and occasional disasters. But only unsuccessful sites reach journey’s end-the best sites develop and evolve continuously, both in content and style, as the needs and expectations of the users grow and mature.
