ABSTRACT

We’ve finally reached the section of the book where I actually start to talk about how you write your Web pages. I make no apology for leaving it until this point, for the simple reason that anyone can put a Web site togetherit’s not actually that difficult. What is difficult however is designing a good site; one that is ranked highly by the search engines, is quick to load and easy to navigate. If you’ve followed all the steps in the previous sections you’ll now have a lot of ideas and clear indications of what information you want to put where. In this section of the book we’ll look at how you actually go about translating all those ideas into a web page.
