ABSTRACT
EBPP has a great potential to save costs and generate revenue. However, two major obstacles must be overcome first: Bill payers will have to change their behavior, and billers will have to make the investment required to bring EBPP services to market. Organizations (billers, aggregators, consolidators) contemplating an EBPP implementation should be aware of the potential benefits.
