ABSTRACT
IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) HISTORY, THE INVENTION OF THE graphical user interface (GUI) was a revolutionary step in improving both the efficiency and effectiveness of IT end users. The GUI has become dominant not only in operating systems, but also in application software. After introducing Web technology in 1994, it turned out that a Web browser is the most convenient way of using computers for end users because it is completely based on a mouse-click operation. Of course, this became possible thanks to HTTP, HTML, and other Internet/Web-related facilities.
