ABSTRACT
In the last 10 years telecommunications technology and regulatory environments have been changing so rapidly that most organizations are now taking steps to ensure that they are properly managing their communications facilities and people. An educational organization should understand some of the factors that have contributed to the increasing interest in communication management.
