ABSTRACT
Tolerance Analysis is a global term that includes two subcategories: first, it describes the
methods used to determine the meaning of individual tolerancing specifications; second,
it is the process of determining the cumulative variation possible between two or more
features. The second part of the definition is commonly called a Tolerance Stackup.
