ABSTRACT
When preparing for a capital project in aseptic manufacturing, it is important to know what is necessary to carry out the project to completion. While a capital project in aseptic manufacturing is not that different from any other capital project, the aseptic nature of the operations add technical complications to project execution. In the following text, I have attempted to describe the process of performing a project, what resources are needed, and how the various groups interact. If the participants in a project understand the process, they can participate more effectively and increase the project’s chance for success.
