High Court (constituted by a High Court judge)

The High Court has unlimited original jurisdiction in relation to both civil and criminal matters.22 This is normally exercised by a single judge. Appeal lies to the High Court, in relation to civil and criminal matters, from all decisions of justices of the peace, whether sitting alone or together.23
