ABSTRACT

There is a collection of multi-media educational software called ADAM. Major components of the ADAM product include diagrams, illustrations, and other supporting materials for studying human anatomy and physiology. When using the software there are some display alternatives. For example, a male or a female body may be chosen and certain skin tones are selectable. And yes, a fig leaf is also an option in order to hide genitals and breasts from view. The person using ADAM elects this "feature" to be either on or off. When configuring the ADAM system a teacher has the option to lock (FICUS = TRUE or FALSE is the command) the fig leaves in place so that it is impossible for students to completely unclothe either Adam or Eve.
