Whereas Reliable Installation Co, 14 Ocean Avenue, Baltic City, Hanseatica, (hereafter RELIABLE) is experienced in the installation of control systems of the nature of the system to be sold to SUPERB, and
Whereas RELIABLE is licensed in Mediterraneo,
1 RELIABLE undertakes to install, test and turn over to SUPERB in operable condition the control system to be sold to SUPERB by CONTROLS for the sum of $31,500, payable within 10 days of turnover of the control system to SUPERB.
