ABSTRACT
As well as general continuing education, all units will have special topics where frequent update is mandatory. These include fire precautions, cardiac arrest response and neonatal resuscitation. In the event of an unsatisfactory outcome to any of these situations, a request should be made for the dates of refresher courses attended by the staff concerned.
