ABSTRACT
If the offeror makes a Part 36 offer or payment into court at least 21 days before the start of the trial, the offeree can accept it without the court’s permission if the offeree gives the offeror written notice of acceptance not later than 21 days after the offer or payment was made (r 36.11(1) and r 36.12(1)).
