ABSTRACT
The information age has produced many concerns about copyright legalities. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) was actually designed to make copyright easy. President Clinton signed the bill October 28, 1998. It provides new game rules for the treatment and respecting of online copyrighted material. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Pub. L. No. 105-304, 112 Stat. 2860, served as the subject of debate for many interested in copyright law. Both houses of the one hundred and fifth Congress gave it the green light earlier in the month of October.
