ABSTRACT
In any legal system, the term ‘business law’ is very broad and flexible, and it is rare indeed to encounter two works on the subject with the same material on this topic. At its narrowest, business law is restricted to company law and the sale of goods; at its broadest, it has been known to comprise such areas as taxation and land law.
