Case study: appointing and removing a company secretary Egg Ltd was established in 1990 (‘the Company’). Jack Dunn and Claire Johnson are the two directors and shareholders of the Company. When the Company was incorporated, Jack and Claire appointed Duncan Edwards as the Company’s secretary.
