Case study: convening meetings and drafting resolutions Star Electrical Ltd has just been formed by its only two directors and shareholders, Emma Sheen and Sarah Sharp. Emma has been appointed as the Company’s Secretary. She is keen to ensure for the future that notices of various company meetings are given to directors/shareholders who may join the company as it expands.
