ABSTRACT
The question principally deals with the usefulness of the House of Lords, in relation to the operation of our constitution, and arguments for unicameralism. While the question has a particular application to the citizen and the legislature,
the issue of ‘usefulness’ raises the matter of the relationship between the legislature and the executive and the adjucatory role of the House of Lords.
