ABSTRACT
ARTICLE 17 1. This Convention shall be open for signature at Rome on 10 March 1988 by States participating in the International Conference on the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Maritime Navigation and at the Headquarters of the Organisation by all States from 11 March 1988 to 9 March 1989. It shall thereafter remain open for accession.
