ABSTRACT
Problems associated with similar fact evidence can also arise where a defendant is charged on an indictment containing several counts. The normal rule in such a situation is that each count has to be separately considered; the evidence on one count is inadmissible in relation to another. But where similar fact features can be found among the counts, evidence on one count may be admissible in relation to others.
