Interpretation 1. Paragraphs 2 to 6 below have effect for the interpretation of this Schedule. 2. (1) ‘Matrimonial proceedings’ means-(a) marital proceedings; (b) proceedings for nullity of marriage; (c) proceedings for a declaration as to the validity of a marriage of the

petitioner; or (d) proceedings for a declaration as to the subsistence of such a marriage.
