ABSTRACT
Romer v. Evans [the 1996 case in which the Supreme Court struck down Colorado's attempt to block legislation that would ensure civil rights for gay people] is the unraveling of the rule of law in America. It is the end of connecting the law to any objective standard or natural law to which man-made law must be responsible.
