ABSTRACT

Volume II of International Trade and Business Law Annual contains a report on the participation of five students from the TC Beirne School of Law of the University of Queensland in the second Willem C Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot 1994-95. In this third volume we publish an account of the third Moot, the Moot problem and the memoranda submitted by the team representing J Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, Utah, United States. This law school was one of 38 throughout the world which participated in the third Willem C Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. The students representing J Reuben Clark Law School were P Gregory Bashaw, Martha Branigan, Stacy M Cheney, Joseph Geis, and Peter R Jones. They were coached by Professor Gabriël A Moens, who was a Visiting Professor of Law at Brigham Young University during the 1995-96 academic year.
