ABSTRACT
These are tachycardias which originate from above the ventricle and conduct in a normal way through the bundle of His to the ventricular muscle. An irregular tachycardia would be found in atrial fibrillation or atrial tachycardia with varying block, whereas a regular tachycardia would be found in atrial flutter and a normal supraventricular tachycardia.
