ABSTRACT
Advertisements must not cause physical or moral harm to minors. Advertisements which cause minors to exercise a psychological obligation to buy products are prohibited. To protect minors, an advertisement must fulfil the following particular requirements:
(1) it must not make direct purchase appeals or appeals to consume to minors;
(2) it must not invite minors directly to induce their parents or third parties to buy the advertised product or service;
(3) it must not exploit the confidence minors have in their parents, teachers or other people;
(4) it must not show minors in dangerous situations without justified reason;
(5) it must not contain imitations of minors.
