ABSTRACT
Unlike nuisance, trespass is actionable per se, that is, the plaintiff does not have to show that his land was in any way damaged, only that the trespass occurred. Moreover, the tort of trespass protects against deliberate and direct interferences with land, whereas nuisance is concerned with damage consequent on an indirect invasion.
