ABSTRACT
A malformation of blood vessels-the haemangioma-typically occurs on the nasal septum where it presents as a small polypoid lesion which bleeds repeatedly. It is easily dealt with by cautery.
These occur following injury or during pregnancy. They are innocent, and again can be dealt with by cautery or simple removal.
