ABSTRACT
David owns two houses and their contents which are situated in London and Surrey. The London house, which was acquired in 1974, has a four acre garden and is occupied by David, his wife and twin daughters. For a while David let part of the house to students. The cottage in Surrey, acquired in 1984, is occupied mainly at weekends and during holidays.
