ABSTRACT
In this chapter we most ambitiously seek to provide a very rudimentary coverage of the latest law in this highly politicised and volatile subject area. With that cautious warning given, we will examine the issues of nationality, the most current legislation, and the impact of both international law and the EU on British immigration laws.
