The ability of government, corporations and journalists to invade the lives of private citizens has dramatically increased through the advent of ever more sensitive listening devices, chemical drug tests, DNA, credit fi les and widely distributed medical fi les. All the more strange, cell phones now incorporate cameras. No citizen can escape the probing eye.
