ABSTRACT
Once in each financial year the Mayor must hold and attend a ‘State of London debate’, open to all members of the public. In addition, twice in every financial year, a ‘People’s Question Time’ shall be held, open to all members of the public, for the purpose of putting questions to the Mayor and Assembly members. People’s Question Time is to be held within one month of the State of London debate.105
