ABSTRACT
There can be few employment law examination papers which do not contain at least one question on unfair dismissal. Sometimes, essay type questions are set in this area, but more often than not the questions are problems. There is a very simple way to break down unfair dismissal problems which leads the student through the question logically and should help to identify which particular area the problem concentrates upon.
