ABSTRACT
After a serious assault on an old woman by a group of youths, PCs East and Wood stopped Peter in the street late at night. He had blood on his hands. When asked some simple routine questions, Peter became abusive and very hostile to the officers. He told the officers that his name was ‘Mickey Mouse’ and refused to answer any questions.
