ABSTRACT
Application of any research method-survey, experiment, content analysis, or the like-to analyze a phenomenon can be viewed as consisting of three phases or stages: conceptualization, planning or research design of the inquiry, and data collection and analysis. These three phases are comparable to stages a property owner might go through in having a structure built.
