ABSTRACT
A defendant who intends to (a) dispute the claim, or (b) dispute the court’s jurisdiction, must file at the registry at which the claim form was issued an acknowledgment of service (in Form 3 or 4) containing a notice of intention to defend and send a copy of the acknowledgment of service to the claimant or his attorneys.1
