ABSTRACT
Section 14 of TOLATA 1996 provides that any person interested (trustee, beneficiary, mortgagee, etc) may apply to the court for an order:
relating to the exercise by trustees of any of their functions (including the exercise of their power of sale); or
declaring the nature or extent of a person’s interest under the trust.
