Answer plan Two part questions can be difficult in terms of deciding how much space to give to each part. Your assumption should generally be that, unless the question indicates otherwise, both parts carry the same marks. Here, as is usual with this type of question, the two parts deal with related issues. They need to be considered separately, however, in terms of planning your answer.
