ABSTRACT

In this brief chapter, we take a bird’s eye view of the top-level hierarchy of our

catalog. Our catalog consists of the following hierarchies, moving in descending

order from high-level concepts to literal strings of English: clusters, families, dimensions,and string classes. In various cases, we have grouped dimensions within families and (more commonly) have grouped classes within dimensions.

These groupings are made to ease the reader’s path through our catalog and are

not an essential part of the official catalog per se. When we present our catalog
